Itsasmendi
Our Itsasmendi Txakoli is the result of the blending between the vineyards of Hondarrabi zuri and Hondarrabi zuri zerratie. With around 12º alcohol, this wine is well balanced , freshing , with rounded structure , attractive finish , good and delicate bitterness , elegant and with the typical characteristics of the grapes varieties involved. A tribute to the winemaker’s art.

Itsasmendi is a young and fruity Wine, with 12,5º. It is balanced, fresh, harmonious, persistent, elegant and characteristic of the variety.
One more year, as in 2011, the good conditions of the flowering period have been repeated. The dry months of July and August have contributed to a change in the usual cycles of the ripening and they have favoured a complex wine harvest with a length greater than one month (September 24 - October 25).
In nose a medium-high intensity, with citric notes and of white fruit, with aniseed-flavoured touchs more noticeable than other years. In mouth, notes of apricot and ripe pear, aniseed-flavoured and citrus touchs. Long end and delicate bitterness very typical of the grapes varieties involved.

Beautiful yellow golden colour with green brilliant highlights. Complex and quite intense bouquet. Full of fruit aromas , especially pear and grapefruit , characteristic of the aromatic elegance of the grape variety.
