Itsasmendi winery is working with the most advanced technology  available in the market to elaborate white wines , like pneumatic grape presses , automatic temperature control of the stainless steels tanks of 10,000. 5,000. and 2,000. liters , latest filtering tecnologies , micro vinification area with tanks of 50 and 100 liters , automatic conveyor belt for bottling with inertization and microfiltration devices..etc.. . The production capacity is around 250,000 bottles.

Our winery is located in  Gernika-Lumo, in the heart of  the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai
