The experience in Madrid and Barcelona a few years ago was repeated in the Casa Garras de Carranza Restaurant.

A red tuna of about 200 kg was prepared by the young and promising chef Txema Llamosas and gave rise to a complex and exquisite food pairing where Itsasmendi, 2016, Itsasmendi 7 2015, 14 and 13, Artizar 2012 and Eklipse 2014 showed their full gastronomic potential.
