The creation of great wines starts in the vineyard. What sets our project apart is the 35 hectares of vineyards in 15 different plots, meticulously selected by our technical team and that provide us with a great biodiversity in the grapes selected. A distinctly Atlantic climate, the broad geological and microclimatic diversity that give rise to at least three different weeks of ripening and a vinicultural philosophy of maximum respect for the environment are our justification for focusing our work on the pillars of quality and sustainability. The use of indigenous varieties with a notable earthy character such as Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie accentuate the wealth provided by Nature. Our main objective is the search for the maximum oenological potential of each small ecosystem created in the vineyards. All of this enables us to create the extensive and innovative repertoire of products, with character and originality.
